Using the RAC video console

Hi list,
As Debian doesn't really work the way I want on my PowerEdge T300 and as
none of the Dell programs are natively available for Debian, I'd like to
install Windows Server 2008 and then use VMWare to install Debian in a
virtual machine. Since I can't connect a monitor and keyboard to the
server, I'd like to use the video console provided by the RAC to install
Windows Server 2008. However, since I can't find RACADM and also don't
see a working video console option in the web GUI, could someone
*please* provide some short instructions on how to use the video
console? I'm unable to really get the RAC to work and Dell support isn't
reachable during the weekend. Thanks a lot!
