Problem: dsm_om_shrsvc service autostart brings eth0 down after booting

After successfully installing srvadmin-all.i386 0:5.5.0-364 we are experincing a wierd problem with dsm_om_shrsvc service.
When dsm_om_shrsvc service is enabled for autostart at boot time eth0 interface will be down after init scripts - so no network. Doing 'service network restart' from console brings eth0 up again and everything is back to normal - until next reboot ofcourse.

When disabling dsm_om_shrsvc service at boot time eth0 will be up after init scripts. When doing 'service dsm_om_shrsvc start' after boot and init scripts - everything works OK - eth0 will stay up and working.
 
Host is PowerEdge 2950 with CentOS 5 standard install with Virtualization package group enabled - so its booting Xen kernel.
