memory errors

Hello,

Recently I have been getting alot of nagios alerts (see below) from my  
pe1950 and pe2950 servers.  The alerts says something is wrong with  
the memory but I run online diag program and no errors are reported.   
The only correlation is that I have recently upgraded the firmware/ 
bios to the latest and greatest.  Has anyone experienced this before.
