RAID questions (multiple arrays, global hot spares, controllers)

One more question/clarification: Dell's configuration page 
has RAID 10 listed under a couple of the Hard Drive 
Configuration options, but I've observed much confusion 
about what "RAID 10" means. My need (either preconfigured 
or post-factory) is for a stripe made from two or more 
mirrors, not a mirror made from two stripes.

Does anyone know if that's what Dell is offering?
