I know this is a late reply, but try disabling all the USB ports in the
bios. Just disabling "legacy support" for them will probably work too,
but maybe try both ways.
If memtest runs ok with USB disabled, then if there is a BIOS update
available that *might* fix the issue with USB fully enabled too.
