Setting OMSA alerts for storage

I had a problem like this, resolved by re-installing the storage rpms:

srvadmin-services.sh stop
rpm -e srvadmin-storageservices srvadmin-storage srvadmin-all
yum install srvadmin-storageservices
srvadmin-services.sh start
