LACP after upgrading 6248 switch

I have port-channel configured between 6248 and linux (bonding), it
works pretty well.
After upgrading 6248 to latest firmware, LACP packets from switch seem
to be longer recognized by linux and connection goes down.

Of course I can configure port-channel and bonding to work without LACP,
but I'd prefer not to do this.

How can I configure 6248 switch (or bonding on the linux side) to have
aggregated link up and running?
Is it known problem, or I'm the only one who uses agregated links
between switch and linux boxes?
