How to change disk sequence on DELL R900 witrh PERC 6/X on LINUX

Thank you for your suggestion.  I did use "disk label" otherwise system can NOT boot up.

Why we need boot disk on /dev/sda?  It is easy maintenance for other system admin.  In case problem happen, it won't cause confusion.
