Disk failure within a RAID 1 array.

Sometimes it is possible that just the controller generates an error and
causes a disk fail. This does not always mean that the disk is corrupt.
So it is always an good idea to try to repair the disk, but (!) you have
to be very carefull with this server. If the hard disk fails again, just
replace the disk as soon as possible!
