  Not with a CD-R drive.  You could replace the CD-R with a
CD-R/DVD-ROM drive.  It's not like they're expensive these days.

  Alternatively, CentOS offers CD images.  I've used them many times.
They work fine.  You just have to shuffle discs during the install.
