Anaconda installer should display the list of disks enumerated by it. Check if it shows the MD3000i lun also checked part of the install?
(you could note the /dev/sdX names and find more about them through the other console CTRL+ALT+F2 by doing the following).
# cat /sys/block/sdX/device/vendor
