Be sure to use -H when rsyncing. The sizes on our server are:

236M    OMSA_5.4
159M    OMSA_5.4.1
189M    OMSA_5.5
374M    OMSA_6.0.1
493M    OMSA_6.0.2

You should be ok to only have one.
