IO error issues with MD3000i on Linux

 You are not trying to access the same LUN from both are you ?. I'm not 
sure the MD3000i supports shared file systems.

 I've got 3 Linux clients connected to my MD3000i, two RHEL5 and one 
Ubuntu 9.04 system, although I'm not sure fail over is working on the 
Ubuntu box as it's using multipath rdac and not the mpp driver from 
Dell/LSI. But it's newer than rhel rdac module appears on the surface to 
work.
