Dell Linux Diagnostics are Windows .EXE based?

  Examining that file on my Linux box at home, I find that "unzip"
will unpack the contents, which appear to be a collection of
DOS/Windows programs, along with some boot images.  Exactly how you'd
turn that into a useful bootable medium without Dell's utility, I'm
not sure, but it's a start.
