SC 1435 with no utility partition

An SC 1435 I have acquired has the loudest fan I have ever heard. Runs full
speed at startup and never slows down. Diag light # 2 lights up during post,
indicating a problem with the Dell SAS RAID card.

Unfortunately, the utility partition is gone (blown away by Citrix XenServer
install). Do I need to overwrite the XenServer installation to restore that
partition from system disks, or is there another alternative?

And do those fans always run so loud?
