Any chance Nagios executes plugin as a non-root user when it is
crucial for plugin to run as root? I had to set SETUID bits on some
plugins before so they run as root to produce meaningful status info.
Just my 2 cents, I haven't used the plugin yet and don't know if it
needs to be executed as root or not.
