IPMI Question

Hello,

Quick question regarding IPMI and monitoring a DellPoweredge 860 with
Slackware Linux.  I downloaded ipmitools and am able to administer
(locally) the machine.  But what I would like to do is to be able to do
this over the LAN from a windows client.  Is there an easier way to do
this WITHOUT ipmitools.  Is there no client GUI that could connect to the
BMC?  Was thinking there might be some kind of Dell branded program that
would interact with the server.

Also, Slackware isn't on the "supported Linux versions" of OMSA.  It
should be as it's probably the most stable/secure Linux there is, but that
is for another post.... ;-)
