Definitely one of the memory modules, but not necessary defect.
Something happend in one of the memory DIMMs but ECC kicked in and
corrected errors "on the fly". From the OS point of view nothing
serious happened expect under heavy loads frequent ECC corrections
might lead to severe performance degradation (most notably in cluters
running MPI jobs). I think you need to install OMSA to be able to
figure out which DIMM is having problems.
