OMSA 6.1 on EL4: error while loading shared libraries

Ok and here is the solution:
I made a file /etc/ld.so.conf.d/omsa.conf with content:
/opt/dell/srvadmin/oma/bin/
then run
# ldconfig
then run
# srvadmin-services.sh restart
