omsa install with SL 5.3

Looks like your community repo setup is not working. Try to re-run the
bootstrap: http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/ In the url you should
be getting 'el5-i385' not 'el5.3-i386' After that is fixed, try the
hardware repo again.
