Hi Joseph.  I wrote this wiki page and the others on this project 
starting at

onsite at Dell working with the Linux and HA Engineering teams.

No developers were involved.  It was just me in a lab with some 
equipment.  If you can provide version specifics, I can try to get you 
some answers.  I might be good to also post your question to the 
open-iscsi mailing list for a more comprehensive and quicker response.
