Debian on PE R410

(sorry for my english)

I have some dificulty during Debian Lenny install on PowerEdge R410

Debian doesn't recognize the network interface,
I try to load firmware-bnx2
http://packages.debian.org/en/lenny/firmware-bnx2 from a USB key. but
doesn't work
lspci return : Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM 5716

Does anybody has successful install Debian on PowerEdge R410 and can
Help me ?
I found nothing on Google
