[official] OMSA 6.1 available in yum repositories

Hi All,

We now have OMSA 6.1 available in the Dell OMSA repository. The 'latest'
symlink now points to 'OMSA_6.1'. OMSA 6.1 is a consolidated release,
and is applicable to all Dell servers.
