Dell OMSA repository setup errors

Hi,
I am trying to setup OMSA to download and install from yum.
I am following instructions from:
http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Repository/OMSA
and I am getting errors listed below.
My yum server is running Oracle Linux EL4.  This should be the same as RHEL4
which is supported.
Any suggestions on these error would be helpful.
