Perhaps this will help.  In the USA, the part numbers are: 
R1702 -- Customer kit (contains items below)
T194F -- Media kit, DVD ROM v1.1
U097F -- DVD itself

Hi all,

For those playing at home, it's now been two months and Dell Australia 
still can't find the SKU with the firmware in it...perhaps it's not 
really available after all ;-)  I'll persevere and see if I have any
luck.
