First, I love (LOVE) my TiVo! ...all three of them.
Second, if you haven't already been down this path, have the guy onsite
hit ctrl+alt+del (press power button) and then have him give you the
play by play. You are likely correct that there is a RAID issue of some
sort. Did the server come with a DRAC? If so, that would be another
option for you, since you would no longer be limited to the hands and
eyes onsite.
Finally, you could ask to have site personnel look at the front LCD
panel and tell you if it is amber/blinking with any useful messages.

I have a remote hands guy who says one of our Poweredge 1950s is stuck
at "Press f1 to continue booting" but pressing f1 does nothing. While
I'm really only responsible for the Linux installation, he wants me to
walk him through troubleshooting before calling Dell. I'm speculating
it's a RAID error, but he says there's no other messages on the screen.
Any idea what the common causes of this are? Thanks!
