Hi Scott,

If you have Dell Open Manage System Administrator, go to https: port 1311, login as root and check to see what the alert is.   Just open the tree on the left and find out what the problem is.   If you have a bad physical disk, it will show you which is the bad one.   The server would also show amber lights on the failed disk, if there is one.
