Yum downloads time out for my dell repositories

I have about 30 redhat 5.2 servers that I am updating via yum. When they get to the srv* (dell packages), yum timeouts and never downloads those updates. Is it possible that my external internet IP is being blocked for abuse? I have no problem from other repositories, those download and install correctly. I've gone through the steps of updating the dell repo per the wiki page. I have about 100 plus servers that use the dell repos. I don't see syn_sents when doing netstat. I'm wondering how I can troubleshoot these timeouts. I ruled out my internet connection because other updates work. I have also disable all yum plugins not need to run updates.
