OMSA: issue when upgrading on Debian

Hi list.

I've experienced an issue when upgrading from earlier versions of to 5.4 
and last one 5.5 (btw, thanks sara.nl).

On some servers (running Debian Etch and Lenny) the upgrade of the 
package (managed by aptitude) leaves the server unreachable. When I 
restart the box the problem disappears and everything seems ok.

Has anyone experienced this problem? How can I manage such issue with 
remote servers accessible only thru ssh?
