Raid controller errors

I had this issue on a PE2800 and after talking with Dell TS it was 
determined to be an issue with the RAID battery.   They shipped me a 
replacement (under warranty) and that resolved the issue for me.

Old firmware? You can check if your firmware at least the
minimum required version with omreport .
