Raid controller errors

Has anyone have a error as follows and determine the cause  
Pe2950 
PowerEdge Expandable RAID controller detected
Memory/Battery problem has been detected
The adapter has recovered, but unload data was lost
Press any key to continue, or "C" to load the configuration utilities
 
After hitting enter the system continues to boot up.
