The 32 Bit Offline diag should be run sas well on this machine:

Diagnostic - 32 Bit .. .
If a HW error is present the 1 - 4 in the front display will provide an
error code.
Standard BMC with IMPI 2.0 is also present. => if you have the ctrl + e
option during post to enter the BMC bios you were able to have a look in
the HW log here.

Hi,
Still not found a solution to getting hardware diagnostics on a
SC1435. I now have a beeping server with a flashing amber light, at
the front left. I have no idea what is wrong?
What's likely to be the quickest way to gather info? Do I need to
look at IPMI as an option?
