imprting of GPG key fails

Not sure why your gpg key import is failing, but you're not going to get
much use out of the hardware repo with Fedora 10. The hardware repo only
supports RHEL 4/5, and SLES 10 (centos, etc. unofficially). This is
because it primarily contains OMSA, see:
