PERC access from VM (under VMWare ESXi)

Dell is supposed to be releasing a version of ESXi that includes
interfaces for management tools. However, it doesn't appear they have
yet. (HP does have one out. From what I've heard it is up to Dell to
finish the integration/testing work before VMware will post it for
download.)
