need procedure to install centos 5.2 on poweredge 2950 III

Hello

I have strange network behaviour with a fresh centos 5.2 install on  
dell poweredge 2950 III server with 2 Broadcom Netxtreme II BCM 5708  
NIC.

It seem no one can help me to solve problem so i want to try another thing.

My server is a single quad core xeon processor with 4Gbytes of RAM.
I have perc 6i Raid Controler with 3 disk and two Broadcom Netxtreme  
II BCM 5708 NIC.

Is anyone installed centos 5.2 on same server setup ?
If yes can you reply and explain your procedure with lot of details
