Debian etch on the PE2850

Etch is fine with the default kernel, note however that if you install the
etchandahalf kernel or want to install lenny you will need to install the
firmware-bnx2 package as the bnx2 driver is now dependent on loading
firmware from disk.
Currently the installer prompts you to use a usb stick or floppy.
This makes for an interesting time if you build a monolithic kernel as
when the networking gets initialised there aren't yet any disks available
- which is nice :(
