Debian etch on the PE2850

Hi

please I would like to install Debian Etch (4.0) on our server poweredge 2850, but I don't know how.

The main issue I see in the RAID controller driver (megaraid2) and with kernel of version 2.6.x that is perhaps
not well supported. 

Can you provide me some advice how to do that ? Can you redirect me on some tutorial, that are regarding to this issue ?

This server is running Debian 3.1 (sarge) for 3 years now, but  we need to uprade it to higher version.
When the installation of Sarge was made, I didn't work at the company yet, but I think that was used the install cd with 
megaraid2 support
