Disk Fault Lights on PowerEdge 1850 (PERC 4e/Si)

Disk 0 has a SMART error.

That is likely the reason for the system fault light, but it is possible that there is another fault elsewhere.

Subject: Disk Fault Lights on PowerEdge 1850 (PERC 4e/Si)

I have an 1850 with the following lights displayed on the drive enclosures:
RAID Card is a PERC 4e/Si
Disks are in a RAID-0 Stripe, and megcli is reporting no faults (Optimal array
status)

Disk 0:
Disk Activity Light: Solid Green
Fault Light: Continuously Alternating Green/Orange

Disk 1:
Disk Activity Light: Off
Fault Light: Solid Green

System Fault Light: Flashing Orange

Can anyone let me know what this combination of lights means, and what I need to do to fix it?

OMSA is NOT installed (older non-RHEL OS)

Regards,

Mark.
