Swap HD's from one PERC to another

If you're using a PERC 5, the config would show up as foreign and you would
have to import foreign config.
If you're using a PERC 4, you would probably want to clear config on the new
controller, add the disks, then import the array config from drive
metadata.  A retag would also work as long as the disks were placed in the
same order.
