OMSA on openfiler on PE2970

I've a PE2970 running openfiler 2.3 (64bit) (fully updated) that I'm trying to get open manage running on, mainly to monitor the RAID.

Using https://forums.openfiler.com/viewtopic.php?id=1345 with a minor modification it says it has installed a version of omsa.

However, all it has done is to download and extract a copy of om into /opt/dell/srvadmin. There are no other files/changes anywhere on the system that I can see. I've modified ld.so.conf to say where all the libraries are and omreport will run, but seg faults when I try to look at any parameter.

Has anyone else managed to get openmanage running on openfiler 2.3 or any ideas about going forward with this? The uname -a on the system reports
