upgrading to Debian 5.0

Has anyone tried upgrading to lenny from an etch server?  I'm about to do
this on a remotely hosted server tomorrow night, and was wondering if there
are any gotchas to watch out for, particularly fatal stuff like network,
disk, or kernel issues.  Given that I won't have physical access to the
server, my recovery options will be somewhat limited if things break badly.

So, any experience with this, good or bad?  :-)
