Are the SATA drives in the PE1950III's hot swappable?

Hi,

I've got a PE1950III running RHEL5 and currently it only has a single OS drive.

Has anyone tried hot swapping a SATA drive into these servers and
getting it to show up in dmesg or cat /proc/scsi/scsi (lsscsi) or
maybe you needed to run rescan-scsi-bus? The system has the LSI
Symbios Logic 1068E FusionMPT SATA/SAS controller.
