nevermind...  I just reread your original e-mail.  Sorry about that.

I only have experience with a DRAC5.  In version, you're allowed to edit
users and passwords in the BIOS-level configuration menu (I think the
documentation refers to it as the "Option ROM").  If I recall correctly,
there's a top-level menu item for user configuration, right next to the LAN
properties option.  If that's not available in DRAC4, then I think your only
other option may be the racadm route.
