dell-onlingediags RPM not available from the yum repositories?

Hello,

I have been looking around for a way to install dell-onlinediags from  
Dell's yum repositories, but it seems that RPM package is only  
available in the dell-onlinediags-linux .tar.gz file from http://ftp.us.dell.com/diags/ 
. Does anyone know why this package is not available from the yum  
repositories? That would make installing the software and keeping it  
updated just a little bit easier.
