Try this...

http://ftp.dell.com/sysman/OM_5.5.0_MgmtStat_A00.exe. I forget exactly
what version of ITA that translates to, but it's definitely newer than
8.0.1.

The FTP site is browseable, but you need to know what you are looking for.

I have had situations where I just had to uninstall/reinstall the
management station. But first, make sure all the necessary Dell
services are up and running.

No idea here -- but, um, this is a Linux list, where does Linux fit
into this puzzle?
