IT Assistant, Firefox, wants to install an RPM?

When I bring up IT Assistant in Firefox under Windows, it tells me,
"Install the Java Plugin.  After installation, close all browsers and
launch IT Assistant in a new browser." and prompts me to save
jre-1_5_0_06-linux-i586-rpm.bin  Obviously, that file isn't going to do
me much good :-)
