Hi experts,
IHAC who asks us a question about "device name" of a RAID5 volume which
is setting by internal HDDs with PERC5i or PERC6i on Redhat Enterprise
Linux 5.
Normally if we use SCSI or SAS HDDs on Redhat Linux, I know the device
name will be /dev/sda.
(If we make more partitions on /dev/sda, they will be /dev/sda1,
/dev/sda2, /dev/sda3....)
Has anyone know whether we can change "/dev/sda" using RAID5 setting to
any other names or not?
I wonder we can change it....
