Hi there,
That sense error is an ‘illegal request’ from the controller, but acceptable.. quite possibly the outcome of a bus reset which is sometimes required. I’d recommend updating disk and PERC firmware regardless..

I saw following messages show on /var/log/message. I checked "storage management messages reference" look like it is fine, but I still want confirm here.
Does anyone know what wrong it is?
