Found it. There are two places where this message might be printed, and one 
looks for a utility from srvadmin-isvc, which isn't installed yet at the 
time srvadmin-storage is installed. There's needs to be a Requires 
directive in the spec file for srvadmin-storage to make sure srvadmin-isvc 
gets installed first.
