I've installed DRACs on 1850s and 2850s and they do support SSH and telnet
access. Once on the DRAC you can then access the (text) console. These
devices also support Serial Over LAN (IPMI), however I always found it
more hassle than it's worth.
On the 1950s I've used Serial Over LAN works much better. You don't
really need a DRAC, pretty much everything can be accomplished via IPMI.
